In the phase 3 CROWN trial of third-generation ALK TKI (lorlatinib) in patients with previously untreated ALK-positive advanced NSCLC, after a median follow-up of 60.2 months, median PFS by investigator assessment has not yet been reached with lorlatinib, with a 5-year PFS rate of 60% [9]. Here, ALK is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
