In comparison to the SOP group, the SOP+Lv-sh-SHP2 group exhibited significantly reduced levels of p-NF-κB, p-SHP2, and t-SHP2, while p-SYK levels remained unchanged, suggesting that SYK’s influence on osteoporosis might be upstream of the SHP2 pathway (Figure 2).
