Mihai et al. (2019) performed an in silico screen of 903 repurposable drugs selected from DrugBank to target the Transient Receptor Potential Ankyrin 1 (TRPA1), which is involved in calcium levels regulation, synapse inhibition efficacy, and Long-Term Potentiation (LTP) [126,127], and known to be a possible target for MS treatment [128]. This evidence concerns the gene TRPA1 and myeloid sarcoma.
