The findings from the meta-analysis revealed that there was no statistically significant connection between the risk of preeclampsia and the fetal ERAP2 rs2549782 polymorphism (additive model, OR 1.14, 95% CI 0.94 to 1.37, I2 = 51.4%, n = 3; dominant model, OR 1.16, 95% CI 0.93 to 1.46, I2 = 56.3%, n = 3; recessive model, OR 1.25, 95% CI 0.96 to 1.62, I2 = 0.0%, n = 3). This evidence concerns the gene ERAP2 and preeclampsia.
