The findings revealed a total of 685 upregulated genes and 581 downregulated genes (Figure 2A,B) in the TCGA dataset, while the ICGC dataset showed 670 upregulated genes and 738 downregulated genes (Figure 2C,D) in the XIRP2 mutation as compared to the XIRP2-wildtype HCC tissues. Here, XIRP2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
