Meanwhile, in AML17, the mutation frequencies of S50, E64, N92, and Y88 in IGHV3-7 of AML-Igμ were all higher than 80%, which was significantly higher than that of B cells (less than 20%), and these mutation sites tended to mutate into T (135/202, 66.8%), D (129/202, 63.9%), F (157/202, 77.7%), and D (129/202, 63.9%), respectively, compared with that of B-Igμ (less than 3%, n = 90) (Figure 4B).
