Brusatol induces ferroptosis through the FOCAD-FAK signaling pathway to inhibit lung cancer. And it inhibits NSCLC by enhancing the tricarboxylic acid cycle as well as Complex I activity within the mitochondrial electron transport chain, thereby increasing the susceptibility of NSCLC cells to ferroptosis induced by cysteine deprivation. Here, PTK2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
