CRP and infection: On admission, the cyclosporine A. level detected was 177.50 ng/mL (normal range is 100–400 ng/mL), the number of white blood cells (WBCs) was 1.53 × 109/L, the proportion of neutrophils was 91.4%, C-reactive protein (CRP) was 416.34 mg/L and procalcitonin (PCT) was 0.72 ng/ml, indicating an unexplained infection with low immune status.
