According to results from LC-SCRUM-Asia, a large-scale clinico-genomic database, Japanese patients with NSCLC harboring EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations treated with classical TKIs in the second-to-fourth line settings after platinum-based chemotherapy reported an ORR of 8% (95% CI 1.7–2.2) with a median PFS of 2.2 months (95% CI 1.6–3.7) [27]. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
