The results showed that patients with a high expression of CDKN2A and CXCL8 had significantly lower survival rates than those with a low expression, indicating that CXCL8 and CDKN2A were significantly correlated with poor prognosis in colon cancer (p < 0.005) (Figures 5E, Fp = 0.00057 and p = 0.0025, respectively).
