Of these, DRB1*08, DRB1*11, and female sex showed the highest statistically significant B regression coefficients: 0.79, 0.77, and 0.75, respectively, while age at onset had a smaller yet statistically significant coefficient of -0.01, suggesting their roles in promoting an ANA-positive profile in JIA. This evidence concerns the gene BTG3 and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
