LPAR1 and melanoma: Finally, investigating the gene expression related to resistance to anti-PD-1 administration in melanoma tumors revealed that LPAR1 expression was significantly higher in anti-PD-1 non-responders than anti-PD-1 responders (AUC = 0.574, P = 1.4 × 10−2, strongest cutoff = 132), confirming the marked role of LPAR1 in the progression of melanoma.
