EEF1A2 and neoplasm: As a tumour suppressor, LNCPTCTS binds eEF1A2 and promotes the interaction between eEF1A2 and SNAIL, but decreased LNCPTCTS induces the expression of SNAIL in the nucleus and then inhibits the expression of E-cadherin and PEBP1 to activate EMT and MAPK signalling to enhance the progression and invasion of PTC cells [196].
