Our analysis pinpointed the serpin family B member 2 (SERPINB2) and serum/glucocorticoid regulated kinase 1 (SGK1) genes as the most downregulated gene in MDS cells, while the phosphoserine aminotransferase 1 (PSAT1) gene and sepiapterin reductase (SPR) genes were the most upregulated in MDS cells. This evidence concerns the gene SGK1 and myelodysplastic syndrome.
