FMR1 and Global developmental delay: Odds ratios further support the distinct strong dysregulation of FMRP target genes in the Broadly Impacted class, but more weakly in all the other classes, further pointing to the genetic differences between the two classes with the most developmental delays (Figure 4B, right; Broadly Impacted: FDR = 0.001, OR = 13.76; other: FDR = 0.003/0.003/0.004, OR = 6.15/6.37/6.28).
