Our findings showed that there were more NETs formed by neutrophils derived from 16 o-JIA patients, 9 p-JIA patients and 9 ERA patients than from 15 HCs with no stimulation (p = 0.0436, p = 0.0119, and p = 0.0193, respectively; Figure 1C), PMA stimulation (p = 0.0376, p = 0.0003, and p = 0.0002, respectively; Figure 1D) or the addition of TNF-a (p = 0.0059, p = 0.0378, and p = 0.0164, respectively; Figure 1E).
