MYOM2 and Miyoshi myopathy: Immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE) is utilized for M‐protein detection and is required for assessing complete response (CR) and stringent complete response (sCR) in the treatment of MM, according to the IMWG uniform response criteria,1 and the determination of CR should not be affected by unrelated M‐proteins that are secondary to therapeutically administered monoclonal antibodies.2
