As shown in Figure 3, CCL19 (OR = 1.810, 95% CI = 1.018 ~ 3.219, P = 0.043) and C-C motif chemokine 28 levels (CCL28) (OR = 3.791, 95% CI = 1.215 ~ 11.825, P = 0.022) significantly increased risk of sepsis (28-day mortality in critical care units) (Supplementary Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene CCL19 and Sepsis.
