In a first cohort of PDA patients, we previously showed that CT enhanced the antibody response of PDA patients against some TAA, including ENO1, far upstream binding protein 1 (FUBP1), keratin type II cytoskeletal 8 (K2C8) and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) (17, 19). The gene discussed is ENO1; the disease is Patent ductus arteriosus.
