In our study, TCP1 was also confirmed to lead to the accumulation of PUFA-PL on the cell membrane by stabilising the expression of ACSL4; conversely, this strong ferroptotic potential was unblocked when TCP1-overexpressing GCB DLBCL cells were treated with GPX4 inhibitors, resulting in ferroptosis. The gene discussed is TCP1; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
