Although YAP-induced UNC5 and NTN mRNAs in multiple YAPoff cancer lines, and we confirmed that YAP or TEAD-VP64 induced UNC5B protein across multiple lines, we were unable to confirm whether other UNC5 proteins or NTN1 protein were induced in lines in which their mRNAs were upregulated. The gene discussed is UNC5B; the disease is cancer.
