Neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) is a spectrum of cutaneous, cardiac, and systemic manifestations seen in a neonate born to a mother with autoantibodies against Ro/Sjögren's-syndrome-related antigen A (SSA) and La/Sjögren's-syndrome-related antigen B (SSB) [29]. The gene discussed is CALR; the disease is neonatal lupus erythematosus.
