Through the integration of the TCGA and GTEx databases, we discovered that, in comparison with healthy tissues, FAM110B mRNA was substantially elevated in 8 tumor types (GBM, GBMLGG, LGG, BRCA, KIRP, KICH, PAAD, and LIHC; all p < 0.05), while it was substantially decreased in 17 kinds of cancer (KIPAN, BLCA, ALL, COAD, COADREAD, READ, CESC, STAD, TCGT, KIRC, LUAD, OV, ESCA, STES, LUSC, SKCM, and UCEC; all p < 0.05) (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is BCR; the disease is glioblastoma.
