FAM110B and neoplasm: Despite the fact that research indicates FAM110B regulates breast cancer (Cava et al., 2021), NSCLC (Xie et al., 2020), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (Chi et al., 2023), studies on the connections between FAM110B expression and tumor immune cell invasion, tumor mutation burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), drug sensitivity, and the mechanism of action with pan-cancer have not been clarified.
