TRAF3IP3 mainly participated in terms related to immune functions such as chemokine signaling pathway, fc gamma r mediated phagocytosis, T cell receptor signaling pathway, primary immunodeficiency, natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, B cell receptor signaling pathway, fc epsilon ri signaling pathway, and toll-like receptor signaling pathway indicating that genes related by TRAF3IP3 probably played an important role in immune-related processes in breast cancer (Figure 4C). Here, TRAF3IP3 is linked to breast carcinoma.
