Similarly, Rpl7A gene expression was significantly upregulated in JL-DCIS-1 and invasive breast cancer stages relative to non-diseased JL-Contra-1 (p <0.02), and only stage I and stage IV invasive breast cancer were significantly upregulated relative to non-diseased JL-BRL-6 (p = 0.01 and 0.02 respectively; Figure 3). The gene discussed is RPL7A; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
