WNK2 and renal cell carcinoma: Several pathways, including focal adhesion (NES=2.35, p<0.001), regulation of actin cytoskeleton (NES=2.32, p<0.001), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway (NES=2.19, p<0.001), renal cell carcinoma (NES=2.15, p<0.001), and pathways in cancer (NES=2.14, p<0.001), have been demonstrated to be closely associated tumorigenesis (Figure 5A).
