Tumors with concurrent high expression of TGFβ/FoxP3, TGFβ/VEGF and TGFβ/CD31 markers were associated with parameters of tumor malignancy: high HGM (p < 0.001 for TGFβ/FoxP3, TGFβ/VEGF and TGFβ/CD31), presence of neoplastic intravascular emboli (p < 0.001 for TGFβ/FoxP3 and TGFβ/CD31; p = 0.001 for TGFβ/VEGF) and presence of lymph node metastasis (p < 0.001 for TGFβ/FoxP3, TGFβ/VEGF and TGFβ/CD31). Here, VEGFA is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
