The results demonstrated that in NSCLC tissues, the YAP fluorescence signal could be clearly detected in CD248+CAFs, and YAP translocated into the nucleus, whereas in NAT tissues, CD248 expression was not detected, and YAP was only slightly translocated into the nucleus (p < 0.01) (Figure 4E,F). Here, CD248 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
