MKI67 and colorectal carcinoma: Furthermore, in contrast to the untreated CRC control, the treated groups (2c, 2cNP, and Apt-2cNP) had fewer Ki67-positive cells in their colons 58.88 ± 1.2% (p < 0.05), 36.15 ± 1.3% (p < 0.05), and 26.44 ± 2.2% (p < 0.05) respectively, indicating that Apt-2cNP showed the maximum inhibitory effect against cancer cell proliferation (Fig. 7B, C).
