As expected, inhibition of the NF-κB pathway significantly suppressed the proliferation of NKTCL cells (Fig. 6A), and interestingly, OE-RelB attenuated the decrease in NKTCL cell proliferation caused by shLMP1, which was also inhibited by 2-DG, an aerobic glycolysis inhibitor (Fig. 6B). Here, NFKB1 is linked to extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.
