At this higher cutoff, two cases showed conflicting results in anti-CCP testing: one patient had a strong positive result for anti-CCP IgG (CCP3) but tested negative for anti-CCP IgG/IgA (CCP3.1) and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), while the other patient did not have RA despite similar discordant findings. Here, CD79A is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
