Results showed that mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, platelet aggregation rate, platelet P selectin, fibrinogen, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, thromboxane B2, 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α, and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α were higher in the blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease group than in the non-BSS patients with CHD group. This evidence concerns the gene SELP and coronary artery disorder.
