RBM15 and neoplasm: Due to computational complexity, we selected RBM15 and SND1 for this study since these are well‐known RBPs implicated in critical cellular processes such as m6A modifications and tumor angiogenesis.[35, 43] We used the experimentally determined crystal structure for RBM15 (PDB ID Q96T37) and SND1 (PDB ID Q7KZF4).[44] For each of these RBPs, we took the sequence motif of the highest attention score, GGCCCG for RBM15 and UUCCAGG for SND1 (Figure S6a, Supporting Information).
