Three marine‐derived compounds, namely cortistatin A, 13,16‐Epoxy‐25‐hydroxy‐17‐cheilanthen‐19,25‐olide and hecogenin, exhibited the most favourable docking scores of −9 kcal/mol, −8.8 kcal/mol and −8.6 kcal/mol, respectively, when interacting with the protein P29279‐CCN2_HUMAN (Protein Accession: P29279) and exhibit considerable inhibitor against HD. Here, CCN2 is linked to Huntington disease.
