Of the 31 cancers studied, HS2ST1 expression levels in tumor tissues were higher (compared with normal tissue) in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), rectal adenocarcinoma (READ), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and thymoma (THYM). Here, HS2ST1 is linked to carcinoma of esophagus.
