HS2ST1 and rectum adenocarcinoma: Of the 31 cancers studied, HS2ST1 expression levels in tumor tissues were higher (compared with normal tissue) in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), rectal adenocarcinoma (READ), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and thymoma (THYM).
