NR4A1 and sex cord-stromal tumor: UTROSCTs resemble ovarian sex cord tumors to varying degrees, variably expressing hormone receptors, epithelial, smooth muscle, and sex cord markers, and displaying epithelial and sex cord-like differentiation upon ultrastructural analysis.[1–7,19] In the fifth edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumors,[3] UTROSCTs are regarded as tumors of uncertain malignant potential.
