Both GREB1 and ESR1 fusions can present with rhabdoid morphology, consistent with the findings of Rui Bi et al ESR1 and NCOA2/3 rearrangements combined with significant rhabdoid morphology of tumor cells (>50%) indicate a poorer prognosis, with a higher likelihood of late recurrence and metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene NCOA2 and neoplasm.
