CRP and COVID-19: Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age (OR, 1.099; 95% CI, 1.027-1.176; p=0.006), elevated CRP levels (OR, 1.026; 95% CI, 1.003-1.049; p=0.024), elevated ferritin levels (OR, 1.026; 95% CI, 1.013-1.039; p<0.001), and SIRI (OR, 7.296; 95% CI, 2.093-25.434; p=0.002) were identified as independent risk factors for the need for ARS in COVID-19 patients (Table 2).
