UBL3 and juvenile Huntington disease: Interestingly, among the UBL3 interacting molecules in the cerebral cortex, we identified Lypla1/APT1, a molecule involved in the pathogenesis of Huntington’s disease [12], and confirmed its binding to UBL3 using immunoprecipitation (IP)-western blotting with anti-LYPLA1 antibody (Proteintech, 16055-1-AP, 1:2000) (Fig. 1m).
