To explore the mechanisms by which RGS10 suppresses breast cancer invasion and metastasis, we analyzed potential downstream tumor metastasis-related genes by comparing the transcriptomes in RGS10-depleted (shRNA-RGS10-506, shRNA-RGS10-161) SKBR3 cells and SKBR3 cells transfected with shRNA-NC.
