In conclusion, we obtained seven key genes (YWHAH, YWHAG, YWHAB, YWHAZ, MAP2K1, PPP2CA, and TUBB), most associated three miRNAs (hsa-mir-15a-5p, hsa-let-7a-5p, and hsa-mir-7-5p) to key genes, and top 10 potential therapeutic targets for AD patients by utilizing a comprehensive bioinformatics approach. The gene discussed is TUBB; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
