In the analysis of infiltration level, the expression of PRKG1 is positively associated with the stromal and immune scores and the infiltrated level of tumor-related immune cells, including T cells, macrophages, DCs, etc. The results suggested that PRKG1 participated in tumor immunotherapy by regulating immune cell infiltration, and patients with higher PRKG1 showed higher enhanced innate immunity and adaptive immunity to bladder tumors. Here, PRKG1 is linked to urinary bladder neoplasm.
