To analyse the influencing factors of the three-genemethylation pattern in breast cancer patients,we collected various clinical pathological features. The methylation level of the RANBP3 gene wasfound to be related to the molecular subtype ofbreast cancer (P=0.001, one-way analysis of variance),and the methylation level of the LCP2 genewas associated with the malignancy degree oftumours (P=0.011, one-way analysis of variance), asindicated in Table 1. This evidence concerns the gene RANBP3 and cancer.
