LCP2 and cancer: Similar to RANBP3 and GRAP2 genes mentionedabove, we observed significant differences inaverage methylation levels between adjacent tissuesand various grades of cancer tissues (P<0.05, TukeyHSD), but with no relationship to malignancy degree.The methylation level of the LCP2 gene decreasedwith increasing tumour malignancy (P<0.05, Figure 2B).
