GRAP2 and breast cancer: The sensitivity and specificity of cfDNA methylationlevels for diagnosing breast cancer are depictedin Figure 3D. The diagnostic efficiency of RANBP2, LCP2, and GRAP2 gene methylation levels was83.3%, 83.9%, and 77.6%, respectively, and thecombined diagnostic efficiency was 86.2%.This indicatesthat changes in the methylation pattern of thesethree genes are closely related to breast cancer development.Based on this, we consider whether themethylation levels of these three genes can be usedas blood markers for screening breast cancer.
