We also demonstrated that a 2-wk intervention with the EEF1A1 inhibitor didemnin B (DB) (50 μg/kg) decreased liver steatosis in a mouse model of obesity and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) [129S6/SvEvTac mice fed Western diet (42% fat) for 26 wk].
