There was a nominally significant set-level association with autism (P = 0.03) that would not remain significant if corrected for multiple testing over all language-related and psychiatric traits, with five genes individually associated at P < 0.05 (SI Appendix, Table S6): BMPER, GATB, KCNH5, SNCA, and SYT2. Here, KCNH5 is linked to autism.
