GAUSS identified 24 genes driving the association with dyslexia, with 14 genes individually at P < 0.05: BHLHE22, CDH10, DAB1, DIAPH1, FBXO32, GABRD, GPR26, KCNH5, KIRREL3, NEFH, OXR1, SLIT1, SLIT2, and SNCA (SI Appendix, Table S5). This evidence concerns the gene NEFH and dyslexia.
