CD4 and gastric cancer: Further, it was noted that in case of statistical differences (P<0.05), the infiltration levels of naive B cells, M2 macrophages, monocytes, resting dendritic cells, and resting mast cells were higher in GC samples from high-risk subgroups, whereas the infiltration levels of activated-memory CD4+ T cells, follicular helper T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and activated mast cells were higher in GC samples from low-risk subgroups (Figure 6D).
