MOG and neuromyelitis optica: The initial physical exam was unremarkable, and the laboratory work included cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis showing a normal panel with no oligoclonal bands and no malignancy on cytology, as well as negative results for myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein fluorescence-activated cell sorting (MOG FACS) and Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO)/AQP4 FACS autoantibodies.
