In N2a/APP cells and SAMP8 mice (an in vitro and in vivo AD model), oxyphylla A reduced the protein expression levels of APP and Aβ by upregulating p‐GSK‐3β (ser9) and activated the Nrf2/Keap1/HO‐1 pathway by inhibiting GSK‐3β.145. Here, APP is linked to Alzheimer disease.
