MicroRNAs are a class of non-protein-coding regulatory molecules that have been increasingly reported being directly or indirectly involved in the development of many cancers, including liver cancer.25-27 In order to explore the cause of the overexpression of Acin1 in HCC, we further analyzed the miRNAs that target to regulate Acin1 and ceRNAs that can competitively combine with miRNA and mRNA to regulate Acin1. Here, ACIN1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
