IL-30: A study looked into the role of interleukin-30 (IL27p28) in the behavior of prostate cancer stem-like cells (PCSLCs) and its critical involvement in tumor onset and metastasis, it was found that IL30, produced by PCSLCs, significantly influences their viability, self-renewal, and tumorigenicity through autocrine and paracrine effects, primarily via the STAT1/STAT3 signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and neoplasm.
