Higher levels of IL-1β (A, p < 0.0001), IL-6 (B, p < 0.0001), IP-10 (E, p < 0.001), GM-CSF (F, p < 0.0001), TNF-α (G, p < 0.0001), and IFN-γ (H, p < 0.0001), and lower IL-10 levels (I, p < 0.05) were found in the volunteers with obesity compared with the NW group. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
